Haas Bros. Traveler Outer Cigar Label

This original vintage cigar box outer label measures 4.5” Wide x 4.5” High and is in mint condition. The attractive design features the Haas Brothers name and logo, the Traveler Brand, and 5 cent Cigar on a white, pale yellow, and red label with embossing and gold gilding. The label clearly defines it as the “Most Wonderful Cigar In America”. We believe this label dates to the 1910s. The Haas Brothers Tobacco Company manufactured cigars in Dayton, Ohio. They ran their business from The Cannery, a complex of mill buildings built near the Miami and Erie Canals. The complex is now used as luxury loft apartments.
