Blue Goose Apple Crate Label

This label has the famous trademarked Blue Goose on an orange background. The Apple Crate label measures 9.75” Wide by 8” High and is circa 1940s in mint unused condition. The apples were grown and packed by Bella Vista Fruit Farms of Bally, Pennsylvania and distributed by American National Growers Corporation of Hagerstown, Maryland. The label also has the elaborate crest and seal of Melcher Brand. With the striking blue and orange color scheme, this is an impressive label when matted and framed.
