This wonderfully colorful label is from the 1910s. It measures 3.25" Tall x 2.12" Wide with beautiful pastel colors that are much better in person. This was both a tooth wash and a tooth preserver (antiseptic).
Dr. Lynas began manufacturing remedies in his home in the middle 1800s after a successful medical career. In 1874 he established a laboratory and in 1898 he officially setup J.B. Lynas & Son. By 1913 the company had 1500 employees in Logansport, Indiana. It’s interesting that for this Imperial Tooth Wash Label, the company is listed as J.B. Lynas & Son, Perfumers. They were probably trying to establish a Boudoir line of products.
WE GUARANTEE OUR LABELS TO BE AUTHENTIC AND AS DESCRIBED!
