    SKU: CRL1080
    $2.15 USD

    Historic Overview

This 1970s vintage crate label features a picture of an adorable little smiling boy. It measures 7” Wide x 3” High and claims you are getting “Our Best”. The fruit was picked and packed by Hallee-Boy Sales of Apopka, Florida, which is 12 miles North of Orlando, Florida.

The city of Apopka started as a Seminole Indian village in the early 1800s. The origin of the Apopka name is from Aha, "Potato," and papka, "eating place," therefore "Potato Eating Place." Apopka is also known as the “indoor foliage capital of the world” because of its multi-million dollar foliage industry.
