This vintage Florida citrus label is from the Lake Wales Citrus Growers Association in Lake Wales, Polk County, Florida. The label is from the 1950s, measures 8.9" Wide x 8.5" High, and features a colorful image of the Prince of Wales. This is an original crate label, not a copy, not a computer printed art print. It is old stock from a warehouse find.

The Lake Wales Citrus Growers Association which was formed in 1919 is run today by Edwin Friedlander, the son of the original grower who started in the early 1900s. In 1933, along with several other growers they formed what would become Florida's Natural Growers, largest cooperatives of citrus growers in Florida.
